Winter the Skiddo

Winter, from my Pokemon X team. I kinda changed her up to make her more original. ^^
She grows Yache berries on her neck, which lower the effectiveness of ice type moves. Then, she's got a Soothe Bell around her neck. And lastly, she's always covered in frost at all times. The frost never melts unless it is over 100 degrees (f) outside, or if she's hit by a fire type move. However, it quickly builds back up. When she's low on hp, it also melts.
